Our programming takes a refined approach to Strength and Conditioning. Building Bulletproof bodies, through functional movement patterns created to develop strength, endurance and mobility. Built on a 10 week structure, our programme works through different training blocks, much like an elite athlete may do. 

OUR MISSION

Thrive athletic, aims to deliver an unrivalled training programme with the client at the heart of everything we do. Group exercise is an incredible tool to inspire and motivate, but traditionally lacks the personalised approach you would gat from 1:1 sessions. It’s time to make a change. Train like an athlete but thrive as a team.

 

The 21st century has seen an explosion of technology and innovation and yet we are no longer prioritising our health and fitness. On the back of a global pandemic, which targeted those in poor health without prejudice or bias, you would think societies focus would be to better equip ourselves for such things in the future. And yet…can we really say we are a healthier nation now?

 

It’s time to promote connection, community, health and quality of life. We have created Thrive to allow you to do just that, THRIVE, Not just at the gym but in all aspects of life, starting with prioritising your own health and fitness.
